Placing an order
To place an order, you will need to select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your basket. You can add or remove items until you are happy to proceed. When you have completed your order, you will need to enter your email address and confirm a delivery location to be able to check out. You will then need to submit certain information before clicking the “pay” button on the checkout page. You are committing to pay for your order, including any related delivery and other charges, by clicking that button.
We will send you an email acknowledgment of your order, and the contract for the supply of the items only comes into existence once we have confirmed an order. We may decline to accept an order and accept no liability to you or any third party if we decide to do so.
Please note that an item’s specifications from the manufacturer may change, which we have no control over, and in which case we will endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to let you know and if you choose to cancel the item, we will refund you for the price you have paid for that item and any applicable delivery and other charges.
All items are subject to availability.
Delivery
Please ensure that you provide a full delivery address together with any delivery instructions when you place your order. Delivery costs will be calculated during checkout and will depend on the items you order, the location for delivery and your choice of delivery method. Once you have placed an order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. We aim to deliver within 30 days of the date of your order, however there may be circumstances beyond our control which prevent us from doing so and we will not be liable for any delay or failure in those circumstances.
Prices and payment
The relevant prices will be displayed on the Website and will include any applicable VAT, but will exclude delivery costs, service charges, processing fees, and/or other charges (if applicable). These will be added to your total and you will be able to review them before you complete your order. Prices advertised and any associated fees and/or other charges are subject to change at any time.
Payment for all orders must be made on the checkout page or as otherwise specified on the Service and we are under no obligation to deliver any order until payment has been received in full. We accept most major debit or credit cards and other vouchers that we may make available from time to time. Payment transactions are subject to checks by us and authorisation and authentication checks by your card issuer. We are not responsible if the payment is refused, including if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. We are not responsible for any online handling fee or processing fee that your card issuer may charge you.
Amending, cancelling or returning an order
Please contact us if you would like to amend, cancel or return an order. You may amend or cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched, however we may not be able to amend an order once the items have been dispatched. You may cancel and return an order for any reason up to 14 days after receiving the item. You may wish to use our cancellation template below but are under no obligation to do so.
If the item is faulty, we may offer you an exchange or a refund. Unless an item is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us. Items should be returned securely and where possible in their original packaging.
Refunds for any returns will be made via your original payment method.
